Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Clients remain fully responsible for all content published on their websites, including text, images, media, and data.
Payments & Billing
Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are defined in your service agreement or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated:
- services are billed in advance
- recurring services continue until canceled in writing
- overdue balances may result in paused or suspended services
eCreations reserves the right to withhold work, deliverables, or access until accounts are brought current.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Once services are canceled:
- access to hosting, systems, or files may be removed
- data may be deleted
- refunds (if any) are subject to the terms of your service agreement
Clients are responsible for retrieving any data prior to cancellation.
Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our work may rely on or integrate with third-party tools, platforms, plugins, or hosting providers.
eCreations is not responsible for:
- outages or service interruptions caused by third parties
- changes to third-party pricing, features, or availability
- limitations imposed by platforms outside our control
No Guarantees
While we bring experience, expertise, and best practices, no guarantees are made regarding:
- uninterrupted availability
- specific performance metrics

- traffic, leads, conversions, or revenue outcomes
