Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a monthly retainer that is based on the hours used per month. SLAs are an agreement for the delivery of service and support for a 12-month term. Not only are they convenient, our SLAs are tailored to our clients’ needs and enable better planning and budgeting for ongoing website modifications and digital marketing efforts.
Our Partner Agreement is simply a pre-paid “bucket” of hours that is used during a 12-month period.
