How Partner Agreements Work

Partner Agreements operate on a prepaid-hour basis. You purchase a block of hours up front, and those hours are applied to approved work requests as they’re completed.

Work is scheduled based on availability and priority placement, making Partner Agreements a flexible option for ongoing needs that are not time-sensitive.

• Hours are prepaid in advance
• Time is drawn down as work is completed
• Hours remain available until fully used
• Work may be scheduled as needed—whether delivered in focused sprints or spread over time

Time is billed in 30-minute increments, with a 30-minute minimum per work session.
Maintenance and update work is performed within the allocated hours of the agreement and scheduled according to priority and scope.
