Overview
Partner Agreements are ideal for organizations whose website support needs fluctuate over time. Rather than committing to a fixed monthly structure, Partner Agreements provide prepaid hours that can be used as needed for updates, improvements, and ongoing support.
This engagement model works well for seasonal work, project-based initiatives, or businesses that want predictable access to senior-level expertise without the structure or obligations of a response-time–driven agreement.
How Partner Agreements Work
Partner Agreements operate on a prepaid-hour basis. You purchase a block of hours up front, and those hours are applied to approved work requests as they’re completed.
Work is scheduled based on availability and priority placement, making Partner Agreements a flexible option for ongoing needs that are not time-sensitive.
- Hours are prepaid in advance
- Time is drawn down as work is completed
- Hours remain available until fully used
- Work may be scheduled as needed—whether delivered in focused sprints or spread over time
Time is billed in 30-minute increments, with a 30-minute minimum per work session.
Maintenance and update work is performed within the allocated hours of the agreement and scheduled according to priority and scope.
For standard requests, response timing varies based on scope, timing, and current workload.

All work is performed with professional judgment and consideration of scope and feasibility.

- Search engine verification and sitemap management
- Optional PPC and Social Media support (hours may be allocated)

Agreement Period & Notes
- Partner Agreements are typically structured over a defined engagement period (commonly up to 12 months), unless otherwise specified.
- Prepaid hours do not expire during the agreement period.
Additional hours beyond the prepaid block are billed at the standard hourly rate.
