This page outlines how we partner with clients and what it’s like working with eCreations,
what to expect when working with us, and why our approach is intentionally
structured for long-term success.
Our Service Philosophy
We take a concierge-style, senior-led approach to every engagement. That means fewer clients, deeper relationships, and direct access to experienced leadership throughout the life of your website.
We don’t treat websites as one-time deliverables. A successful website is a living asset — one that requires ongoing attention, thoughtful iteration, and alignment with your business goals as they evolve. Our role is to help steward that asset over time, not simply launch it and walk away.
Because of this, our work blends strategy and execution. We don’t separate planning from implementation or hand work off to junior teams unfamiliar with your business. The same people helping you think through decisions are the ones responsible for carrying them out.
This approach allows us to work efficiently, communicate clearly, and stay accountable — while giving our clients confidence that their website is being managed with care, intention, and long-term perspective.
How Billing Works
Our work is billed at a standard hourly rate, with an emphasis on clarity and predictability.
Beginning March 1, 2026, our standard rate will be $200 per hour. Time is billed in 30-minute increments, with a 30-minute minimum per work session. This structure encourages thoughtful batching of requests and allows us to work efficiently without constant context switching.
For existing clients, the current rate will remain in effect through February 28, 2026, with the new rate applying to all work initiated on or after March 1, 2026.
We believe clear billing expectations lead to better working relationships. There are no surprise charges, and we’re always happy to help clients choose the engagement structure that best fits their needs — whether that’s occasional support or an ongoing partnership.
Partner Agreements & Service-Level Agreements
As websites grow and evolve, many clients find that ad hoc requests become less efficient over time. To support ongoing work in a more predictable and productive way, we offer Partner Agreements (PA) and Service-Level Agreements (SLA) as primary engagement models.
These engagement structures are designed for clients who want:
• Consistent access to our team
• Clear expectations around response times and prioritization
• A more intentional approach to planning and execution
• Fewer interruptions and less back-and-forth on individual requests
Partner Agreements (PA) provide flexible, prepaid access to our team, allowing work to be applied as needed without a recurring monthly commitment.
Service-Level Agreements (SLA) reserve ongoing monthly capacity and establish defined response expectations for organizations that require consistent, predictable support.
Rather than reacting to individual tasks as they come in, PA and SLA structures allow us to plan work more intentionally, stay aligned with long-term goals, and deliver better outcomes overall.
Not every client needs a formal agreement, but for those who rely on ongoing updates, optimization, or strategic guidance, these structures often provide the best balance of efficiency, accountability, and value.
Agreement Updates
As part of our ongoing effort to improve clarity, alignment, and long-term outcomes, our Partner Agreement and Service-Level Agreement structures are periodically reviewed and refined.
Existing agreements remain governed by the terms under which they were established. New engagements initiated on or after March 1, 2026 follow our updated Partner Agreement and Service-Level Agreement structures.
This approach allows us to maintain continuity for current clients while continuing to evolve how we support new partnerships.
Ongoing Optimization
Launching a website is only the beginning. Search behavior, technology, and user expectations continue to change, and websites that perform well over time are those that are actively maintained and refined.
Ongoing optimization can include improvements to performance, search visibility, content structure, accessibility aligned with current WCAG guidelines, and how a site is understood by both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven tools. These are not one-time tasks, but ongoing considerations that benefit from regular attention.
Behind the scenes, we invest in systems and processes that allow us to evaluate, adjust, and improve websites dynamically without sacrificing data or stability. This enables us to make informed decisions and evolve a site incrementally rather than relying on disruptive overhauls.
While not every client requires continuous optimization, those who view their website as a long-term asset often see the greatest value in treating it as something that is actively cared for — not simply launched and left alone.
Who We’re a Good Fit For
We work best with clients who see their website as a long-term investment, not a one-time expense. Our approach is designed for organizations that value thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and ongoing improvement.
We’re typically a strong fit for teams that:
- Understand that effective websites require maintenance and optimization over time
- Prefer a trusted partner over a transactional vendor
- Value clarity, accountability, and consistency
- Want both strategic guidance and hands-on execution from the same team
If you’re looking for the lowest-cost option or a quick, one-and-done website, we may not be the right fit — and that’s okay. Our goal is alignment, so we can do our best work and deliver lasting value.
A Thoughtful Partnership
Every client relationship works best when expectations are clear and values are aligned. Our goal is to partner with organizations that want a steady, thoughtful approach to building and maintaining a high-quality website over time.
If this way of working resonates with you, we’re always happy to talk through your goals, answer questions, and explore whether a partnership makes sense. And if it doesn’t, that clarity is valuable too.
Either way, we believe the best results come from working together with intention, transparency, and mutual respect.
