What This Partner Agreement Is
This Partner Agreement provides a pre-paid allocation of time for clients who require ongoing website support during a defined engagement period.

Rather than handling work purely on a task-by-task basis, this agreement allows time to be applied more efficiently across ongoing needs, with continuity and shared context throughout the engagement.

This version of the Partner Agreement applies to work initiated on or before February 28, 2026.

Effective Period
This Partner Agreement governs work initiated through February 28, 2026.

Agreements established under these terms remain in effect for their duration. New engagements beginning on or after March 1, 2026 are governed by our updated Partner Agreement structure.

How This Agreement Works
Under this Partner Agreement, time is pre-purchased and applied toward ongoing website-related work, which may include:

  • Website updates and refinements
  • Technical adjustments and maintenance
  • Content-related changes
  • Performance and site health improvements
  • Digital marketing–related support

Work is performed as requested and tracked against the pre-paid allocation. This structure reduces friction compared to one-off requests while allowing flexibility as priorities evolve.

Requests that require defined response expectations and prioritization are addressed through a Service-Level Agreement (SLA), which is a distinct engagement model.
